SHIPPING

LOCAL AND GLOBAL

We ship all over the world by a green network where possible and send our products with care and love. We provide good quality and experience. Our packaging is a mix or FSC certified well managed forests and reclycled paper of controlled wood. We don't ship unused space and you can easily re-use our smart travelcase.

 

LOVE AND CARE

Please take care of our delicate and high quality wearables. We kindly ask you to be aware about the process of fitting. We support this effort bij sending your items in a easily re-usable travelcase.

Do the items not fit you well or, do you want to change your order into a different size? Re-use the travelcase to return the item(s) and fill in the return form. Please note that it must be returned to us in the same conditions in which you received it so we can issue a full refund.

Please keep in mind that the travelcase is part of the product and must be  send back for your refund and in perfect condition. Please place the items with care in the travelcase, so it will be protected during transport.

We cannot be held responsible for returns that we do not receive. Luckily, post services are very reliable nowadays. We nevertheless recommend that you keep your proof of postage. 

 

DELIVERY

HOLLAND - In general, the delivery time within the Netherlands is between 3-5 working days. In case of a calamity we will send you an email with the new estimated time of arrival. During Dutch national holidays, for example summer holidays or between Christmas and New years eve, shipping can also take a little bit longer. 

If you are not able to receive the package, PostNL or UPS will try to deliver the package to the neighbours. If this fails, the courier will leave a message for you. The driver will come by again the next day with your package. It may also be the case that the package is taken directly to a PostNL point or UPS location near you on a second delivery attempt. You will receive a message from the courier about this.

Can't deliver your order the second time? Then PostNL or UPS keeps your package at a location near you, where you can pick it up when it suits you. A valid ID will be requested when the package is picked up. The package will remain on site for a week.

AROUND THE WORLD - The estimated time or arrival in Europe will be within 2 untill 4 working days. Beyond Europe we advice you to keep in mind that it can take from one to four weeks. For emergency service, we ask you to contact us at info@hlckae.com.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

At HLCKAE we offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

  • Europe - €20,00 (Free for purchases > €500,00) 
  • North America - €32,00 (Free for purchases > €1000,00) 
  • Rest of the world - €38,00 (Free for purchases > €1000,00)

 

RETURNS

If you want to return your item, please take your parcel to the nearest post office or collect point, and send it back to HLCKAE within 14 days of delivery. Returns are sent at your own expense. Of course, you can bring your items also back to our office. Feel free to make an appointment with info@hlckae.com.

We ask that items are returned in the same condition as they were sent; clean, unworn and with all their hangtags still intact.

As soon as your package arrives, we will process your return, activate the refund, and send you a confirmation email.

To keep this part simple and uncluttered we invite you to send your order back according to the procedure. We support the slow fashion movement by offering you the option of making a mindfull purchase. This motivates us the look at the whole proces of production and distribution.
