Returns & Exchange
If you want to return your item(s), please take your parcel to the nearest post office or collect point, and send it back to HILCK within 14 days of delivery. Returns are sent at your own expense. Ofcourse, you can bring your items also back to the boutique shop.
We cannot be held responsible for returns that we do not receive. Luckily, post services are very reliable nowadays. Nevertheless we recommend that you keep your proof of postage.
We ask that items are returned in the same condition as they were sent; clean, unworn and with all their hangtags still intact.
As soon as your package arrives, we will process your return within 24 hrs, activate the refund, and send you a confirmation email.
To keep this part simple and uncluttered we invite you to send your order back according to the procedure. Make sure you reorder your desired item(s) on our website and we will attempt to deliver it as soon as possible.
